Transitional Housing



Supporting and promoting abstinence from drugs and alcohol, and providing affordable housing.  

Population Served:  

Homeless individuals or families with substance abuse history. 


Homeless people who seek abstinence from drugs or alcohol and are capable of independent living.

Program Site:  

Housing at 26 Trinity and 84 Second St. Albany N.Y.  Offices at 15 Trinity Place and 20 Trinity Place.

Hours: Staff on call 24-7.  Office hours are Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Description of Program:

Trinity has apartments which are used as a transitional stage for individuals and/or families in need.  We provide case management support, and additional Trinity services are available such as tax preparation, food pantry, parenting classes, financial literacy classes, etc. 

Expected Outcomes:   

Sobriety, family reunification, employment/education advancement and permanent housing.
